Indian Creek at Ustick, Bridge Project (IFB)

Work includes mobilization, construction traffic control, storm water pollution prevention plan, quality control/materials testing, clearing and grubbing, removal of obstructions (existing culvert and headwalls), demolition (roadway), dewatering, channel flow bypass, excavation, 50 EA of piles (assumed length of 22' each), 100 LF of piles (additional length as needed), 6,400 SF of geotextile and geogrid (box culvert subgrade), structural fill (box culvert subgrade, 3" minus uncrushed drain rock, structural concrete (box culvert and headwalls), clay backfill at headwalls, backfill around box culvert (structural fill in roadway area, 3" minus uncrushed drain rock, backfill around box culvert and other areas (native fill outside roadway area).
