Seeking a consultant or team to conduct a study of the impact of new market rate residential development upon housing affordability, housing supply, housing needs, and socio-economic diversity in City, along with related matters specified below, in order to determine whether there should be changes to Article 11.200 of the Cambridge Zoning Ordinance (“Inclusionary Zoning Ordinance”).
