his RFI is designed to gather information to assist the agency in effectively analyzing costs, procedures and challenges to implement, configure and operate a: Consolidated, automated workflow-based Incident Data Collection, Case Management and Reporting solution, aka. Incident Management System (IMS) across 4 critical incident reporting communities and to share reporting and trend analysis data with various external Agencies and oversight partners. A Licensing Information and Management system tailored for Behavioral Health and Developmental Disability providers.
