IFB - New North Cemetery Restoration

City of Sarasota

Provide cemetery maintenance services, regular maintenance and restoration services for three historic cemeteries. Cemetery grounds maintenance and restoration services. Grounds maintenance service shall include, but not limited to mowing, weed eating, blowing, overhang trimming, trash removal and disposal. Good housekeeping, consistent with safety shall be maintained. All trash shall be removed from the grounds prior to mowing. Gravesite maintenance and restoration services shall include, but not limited to vaults, grave markers, statue cleaning and pressure washing.

Seeking qualified firms and/or individuals with historic building experience for repair, restoration and renovations for the Speer Center.
