Provide 24-hour on-call as needed Boiler Cleaning and non-routine Plumbing Repairs and Preventative Maintenance services. The work consists of boiler cleaning and plumbing repair and preventative maintenance services at various State-aided (EOHLC) and Federally-funded (HUD) public housing developments owned/managed and operated by the Stoughton Housing Authority in Stoughton, Massachusetts

South Carolina Department of Natural Resources

Provide preventative maintenance and repairs on elevators.

Horry County School District

Provide complete inspection, full preventative maintenance services, adjustments, repairs and replacement for the elevators.
