Municipal service center HVAC replacement project. The work generally consists of replacing the roof well equipment for the MSC building which includes the heating hot water system, refrigerant cooling system and air handling unit. Removing the heating hot water piping system, removing the terminal boxes with reheat coils and modifying the ductwork for reuse. Providing power to the new HVAC equipment on the roof well and inside the building and reconnecting the power to the SCADA/IT room and utility room cooling system. Disposal of all old equipment and materials.

Provide DSCR B54 HVAC Condenser Replacement Project, Remove the A/C Condensing unit outside of building 54E located on the southwest corner. Remove the current air handler unit located in the ceiling, Remove all the electrical equipment that is not capable of operating the new equipment to be installed, Remove all the ductwork associated with the current heating system being replaced, Install 2 separate, 7.5-ton and 5-ton, A/C Condensing unit and have them properly mounted and secured onto a concrete base.
