HVAC Maintenance and Repair for Duvall and Sammamish Libraries (RFP)

Address issues at both the libraries with regards to ground-source heating and cooling that are suffering from condensation on the floor slabs and issues with lengthy changeover times from heating and cooling and vice-versa.
