HSIP 10 Pedestrian Crossings Improvement Project

City of Cathedral City

The proposed improvements include clearing and grubbing, cold milling of existing asphalt pavement, construction of portland cement concrete pavement, construction of 2" asphalt concrete, reconstruction of curb ramps, pavement striping and markings, traffic signage, and installation of two new pedestrian signals.

City of Calabasas

Provision of engineering firm to provide professional civil and traffic engineering services. The work under this contract will be for the design of improvements to the traffic signal hardware and systems related to pedestrians to improve pedestrian access and safety based on an approved highway safety improvement program (HSIP) cycle 12 project. Project will upgrade the traffic signal controllers and software at 22 traffic signals and implement leading pedestrian intervals.
