Housing Maintenance General Construction JOC 2024 Interior

Seeking to hire a contractor to perform general construction work consisting of two (2) or more unrelated trades that will be delivered via Job Order Contracting (JOC). Work includes, interior restoration, tenant improvement or remodel work only. The interior work includes repair or replacement of demising walls (light gauge and/or wood framing), drywall patch/paint, repair or replacement of flooring repair/replace as a part of the remodeled or restoration area, repair/replace kitchen and bathroom wall tile, cabinets, countertops and backsplash, mirrors, and incidental electrical and plumbing.
