Waterproof Snap-Lock Flooring Installation: Living 1, Bedroom 2, Bedroom 9, Landing 10, Bedroom 11, Bedroom 12: Remove and properly dispose of existing flooring materials, including underlayment, fasteners, and debris, in accordance with local and lead-safe regulations where applicable; Inspect subfloor for damage, rot, or uneven surfaces; repair or replace as needed to provide a clean,
level, and structurally sound substrate; Install manufacturer-approved underlayment or vapor barrier where required; Furnish and install waterproof snap-lock (floating) flooring system (LVP, LVT, or laminate) of approved quality, installed per manufacturer specifications; Maintain required expansion gaps at all walls and fixed penetrations; Install matching transition strips, reducers, and thresholds at doorways and floor transitions; Install baseboards and/or quarter round molding to cover expansion gaps; caulk and finish as needed; Verify style and color with homeowner.
