Seeking appropriately qualified vendor(s) to identify and operate units for the city sanctuary intake and city sanctuary facilities ("facilities") programs that will be used to house asylum seeking families and individuals. The selected vendor(s) will procure and operate up to 5,000 units in Facilities such as commercial hotels or other similar facilities throughout NYC as outlined in the solicitation.

Qualified respondent for the acquisition, construction, and deployment of prefabricated concrete artificial reef modules to at least one (1), and potentially two (2) and/or all three (3) artificial reef sites in offshore state waters of the gulf of america that are each approximately 37-42 feet deep.
