Honoapiilani Highway Improvements Project

Develop, design, and construct the transportation facilities and all related structures, improvements, and systems (project). The project will include, but is not limited to, two (2) travel lanes, bridges, culverts, shoulders, medians, signage, pavement markings, concrete/asphalt paving, low-impact design permanent best management practices (bmps), roadway drainage, roadway lighting and traffic signal systems.
