Homeless Emergency Shelter Program (RFP)

City of Philadelphia

Seeking a program designed to serve as an emergency shelter for youth that must be available twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week. The priority is to provide a specialized setting for assessments, interventions, and supports on a short-term basis to ensure safety until the department facilitates the most appropriate placement for the youth or reunify whenever possible.

Inclement weather shelter program. Implement an Inclement Weather Shelter Program as needed, based on activation policies agreed upon by the awardee and the City. The City will provide reimbursement to the Organization for costs incurred while providing shelter services during inclement cold weather events.

Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority

Provide the operation and management for bus shelter advertising program ("services"), that includes advertising sales, shelter maintenance, revenue, and maintenance reporting.
