Holland Channel Stage 1 Improvements

The improvements include 14 new drainage culverts at road and driveway crossings of drainage features, stream channel improvements (including relocated stream sections), and wetland creation. The project consists of the excavation of a 20,000 foot long drainage channel parallel to an existing levee, with the excavated material placed on the berm.

Work includes installing new signal poles, mast arms, and foundations; upgrading existing TS-1 traffic controller cabinets and electrical load centers; relocating mast arm signage; and reconstructing existing sidewalk, roadway, curb and gutter, and curb ramps.
