HIV Care Services Program (RFP)

Implement HIV primary care to promote the use of antiretroviral medications (ARV) for treatment of persons living with HIV in the Chicago Eligible Metropolitan Area (EMA) and HIV pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) for persons vulnerable to HIV within the City of Chicago. Initial contract period of March 1 2026 to February 28,2028 with up to two extensions, each not to exceed one year. See attached file.

Provide HIV prevention services in Fulton County on the behalf of FCBOH Medical and Preventive Services (MPS), Sexual Health Promotion (SHP) HIV Prevention Program.

City of Newark

Program year 2025 2026 - housing opportunities for persons with HIV/AIDS (HOPWA) grant.

County of Alameda

With this funding, ACPHD seeks to implement a coordinated and sustainable system for HIV diagnosis, linkage or relinkage to HIV medical care, support for remaining engaged in HIV care, and achieving HIV viral suppression.
