Scope of work: clean existing surface, remove all loose and failing mortar, repoint joints with period correct mortar. Match color and texture with existing mortar, Replace failing steel lintels with new steel lintels, replace missing stones, sills, and caps with stones of similar size shape and color, contractor shall maintain look and appearance where old structures were attached to chimneys for historical purposes, however, repair or replace areas as required to ensure long term stability of the structure while replicating the attachment point, remove failing concrete hearth and repour with new concrete.
