High Bay Cleaning-Jefferson Station (ITB)

3-Year Contract for high bay cleaning at station. Two cleanings per year for a grand total of six. 3/1/25-2/28/28. The work includes removal of dirt, dust, grease, smudges and smears from all glass (interior and exterior), stainless steel, painted areas, certain ventilation ducts and any other surfaces excluding ceilings in the station.
