To perform Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Services for Day Habilitation Programs in Cattaraugus County. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, HVAC preventative maintenance services necessary to maintain the HVAC systems of three Day Habilitation Programs. Preventative maintenance will occur once per season. Contractor is also responsible for emergency services and non-emergency repairs/replacements beyond inspection and/or maintenance.

Requirement to provide 1 year of coverage of the Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system and Building Automation System (BAS) for the Main Building, Annex, and the Library Conference Center (LCC).
