City of Osage City
Provide hay/ pasture rental for the following: 15.6 acre tract at the city American cemetery. Requires weed maintenance, fence maintenance, pond dam maintenance, pasture for grazing of livestock only.

Provide sealed bids to hay the following: 11.5 acre tract at the sewer lagoon.
City of Faulkton
Hay removal. First Hay Cutting each year must be off by June 25th.
City of Gordon
The property is approximately 60.00 acres more or less of grazing land north of the city. The initial term of the lease, which commences on May 1, 2026, will be for three (3) years. If approved by the City of Gordon, an option for an additional three (3) year term may be offered at the end of the initial three (3) year lease term.
