HMA shall be KDOT Commercial Grade Mix (Class A). HMA application shall be with a spray paver for W. Dutch Ave. on both locations (9.65 miles). Approximately 3,498 SY of milling will be required as part of the scope of work, including but not limited to milling transitions at the beginning of the project, end of the project, intersections, and at bridge approaches.
