Hardscape Improvements 2025 Project

Village of Carpentersville

The proposed improvements will consist of various demolition of existing on-site materials (per plan), minor mass grading adjustments, underground utility improvements, HMA pavement construction, curb and gutter, hardscape improvements, architectural building structures - restroom, pavilion, kitchen/concession building, permanent site restoration and all other incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project.

East Side Union High School District

Project include remove existing AC paving and concrete by building G, grade, compact, and install new hardscape.

Liverpool Municipal (Water And Sewer) Authority

CIPP lining of approx. 3,285 LF of 8" diameter and 785 LF of 10" diameter gravity sanitary sewer main; the reinstatement of 50 laterals; rehabilitation of 13 sanitary sewer manholes; replacement of approx. 183 LF of 8" diameter and 273 LF of 10" diameter gravity sanitary sewer main; reconnection of approx. 5 sanitary sewer laterals; 6 reconnections to existing manholes; abandoning 4 exterior manhole drops; installing 5 interior manhole drops; surface restoration; and all other work identified in the Contract Documents.
