Happy Valley Community Recreation Center - Construction manager/General contractor (CM/GC) (RFP)

Provide CM/GC services to construct an approx 65,000 SF Community Recreation Center (HVCRC) on 40 acres with the following amenities: Aquatics; double court gymnasium; indoor walking and jogging track; large community room and kitchen; gathering space; weight and cardio spaces; and group exercise room. Separately the city will construct a park surrounding the HVCRC.
