Hanceville Water & Sewer Board Renovation Project

Renovation of existing ~ 2,825 SF structure and a ~ 280 SF addition to the rear of the structure. Renovations include modifications to building exterior as well as interior layout. Exterior modifications to consist of replacement of existing windows as well as the addition of new windows, new drive through location, and brick work to repair existing planters and a crack at north wall. Modifications to the interior layout to include Work Areas, Break Room, relocating Restrooms and Mechanical Room. The rear addition to include one (1) Office space and one (1) ADA Restroom.
