Work includes 114 CY concrete footings (25) 7' sq x2'-6" thk; 1 LS spall repair - reservoir; 200 EA exposed anchor repair; 1,500 CY crack repair - reservoir; 635 LF interior wall joint repair - reservoir ; 404 LF joint repair - reservoir cim scrim; 1 LS miscellaneous concrete repair; 19,000 lb ss interior columns - reservoir (25) 20' hss 8x8x3/8 ss; 32,500 sf aluminum roof - reservoir 202' dia column supported; 44,733 sf remove interior wall & floor slab finish (100% of walls & floor slab) - reservoir; 12,686 SF resurface interior walls (100% of walls) - reservoir.
