Green Mountain Scenic Overlook & Trailhead - Second Observation Tower (Rebid)

Work includes construction of a new tower addition to the existing overlook tower including but not limited to installation of corten steel columns and beams tower structure, concrete footings, metal roof, accessible elevator including power supply/connection, construction of electrical/machine room, installation of sump pump, air conditioner split unit, prefabricated steel stairs, extruded aluminum deck, extruded steel railings, screen, lighting system and installation of fire extinguishers with cabinet; electrical service work: connection of the proposed facilities to the existing electrical system including but not limited to connection to the existing electrical service panels, installation of electrical conduits, conductors, electrical distribution panels.
