Seeking a loan servicing organization to service its Green Jobs Green New York (“GJGNY”) loan portfolio exceeding $660 million in residential loans as of April 30, 2025. The loan servicer will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: establishing loans received via an application programming interface (API) from the loan originator; acceptance of borrowers' loan remittances by automatic withdrawal, accepting over-the-phone payments and payments remitted by New York's seven investor-owned utilities via API and the correct application (spreading) of those payments; applying/charging late fees and returned payment/non-sufficient funds fees, preparing/mailing of monthly statements/bills; responding to borrower inquiries and complaints; providing payoff quotes and paid in-full letters; having an on-line application for borrowers to monitor their loans and make periodic payments; collections on delinquent accounts; and providing a variety of reports.

Projects should prepare the youth (ages 17-24) of New York to enter the workforce of emerging job opportunities in clean or green industries and provide tangible occupational skills sought by employers. These industries should demonstrate local and industry demand for the skill sets provided by your organization. Proposals should demonstrate a partnership with employers and that the proposed training will lead to the acquisition of a nationally recognized certification, a skill set certificate, a certificate degree, or a comparable award. Proposals that include these certifications will receive additional points. Possible green training programs may include, but are not limited to: clean energy; green buildings; transportation; waste; consumer products; climate adaptation; policy and advocacy; finance and consulting; green infrastructure; green education and teaching; conservation and restoration; technology.

Work consists of nursery green installation. Work includes, install a depth 8" of green river sand over 18,000 square feet, coordinate the mix in golf green plugs from the course, purchase and plant the seed, verify the seed has properly germinated, build a drainage system, and build a 6' border of sod around the nursery green to help buffer from native plants.
