Green Cove Springs Library Roof Replacement

Work includes remove and replace the roof of springs library; completely remove the existing roof material across the entire building, down the roof deck; inspect the existing roof for damage, moisture, or structural issues; replace rotten, warped, or damaged sheathing, or rafters with materials that are consistent in size, grade, and type with existing structure; mechanically fasten one (1) layer of fiberglass base sheet/underlayment; heat weld one (1) layer of smooth surface modified bitumen base sheet and one (1) layer of granulated surface modified bitumen cap sheet with embedded granules; remove and replace all edge metal, coping caps, roof drains and wall flashings with new 26-gauge metal.
