Grayhaven State Harbor Assessment and Market Analysis (RFP)

Provide phase 100 study to conduct physical inspection of the existing structures, buildings and facilities, including, underwater inspections (if necessary). Provide comprehensive report of conditions and recommended corrective action. Provide phase 200 market analysis of trends/needs, with surveys, interviews and other market related investigation as required to provide a comprehensive report. The report shall include recommendation of potential changes at the harbor and provide cost estimates for design/construction of recommended changes and improvements.
