Grant Writing and Application Services (RFP)

Owner requires, on an as-needed basis, consultant services for grant writing, grant application preparation, cost-benefit analyses, performance metrics analyses, and grant application quality control review. Funding programs may include but are not limited to federal aid grants authorized by a federal transportation bill like the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), also known as the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) or future federal transportation reauthorization bill, the Road Repair and Accountability Act of 2017, Senate Bill (SB) 1 programs, state cap-andtrade programs, federal formula funding, and federal, state, and local discretionary opportunities.
