Grant Services for SIUE Head Start *SOLE SOURCE

University intends to do a two-and-a-half year partnership agreement with Shine Early Learning, Inc. for grant services for the Head Start program. Services include grant and funding services, data and technical services, short-term on-site and remote leadership and coaching (in-house and on-line), planning and service design (including strategic planning), support for ongoing monitoring and compliance, assessment and training, support for bi-annual planning and development of the Quality Improvement Plan, support for submission of required reports and applications to secure funding, and provide support for assessment of the current organizational structure to support Change in Scope, strategic plan, and needs of the program.
