The replacement components include: 4 motor brakes (excluding brake drums to be provided by others); 4 machinery brakes (excluding brake drums to be provided by others); 4 pillow block spherical roller bearings; 4 pillow block self-aligning ball bearings. The contract will have an initial term commencing upon the last dated signature of the Parties and ending on December 31, 2025.
