Repair any needed underlayment and paint. Carport Replacement - Replace current metal carport cover with a wood pavilion. Add additional locked storage to back half of pavilion. Deck Awning - Cover back deck with a retractable awning. Exterior Soffit Repair - Repair and replace existing soffit and fascia board. Ceiling Replacement - Remove MDF tile ceiling throughout and replace with finished drywall. Flooring - Replace worn flooring throughout the house with new LVP. Basement Repairs - Replace basement door. Improve drainage to prevent flooding.
