Gloucester Marine Station Priority Site Improvements

Provide site improvements that includes installation of a 5 ft by 25 ft (125 SF) timber boat dock with driven timber piles and a 2-ton capacity, land-based crane with a 15 ft boom arm. Seawall repairs and improvements, including the addition of living seawall habitat panels along the existing seawall. Redevelopment of a 17,000 SF (0.39 acres) open area as a flexible teaching and research space, including the addition of landscaping, seating areas, and shade structures. Fenced outdoor storage area.
