GJM Security and Lighting Enhancements

Provide upgrades to the exterior building lighting. This will include the parking lot area lighting, building egress lighting and rain garden area. It is also recommended to upgrade the east 40th street guardhouse to allow it to be staffed during standard office hours. These upgrades will include interior and exterior lighting, gate controls that are accessible and monitored from the front desk, security cameras, and a new power feed to the guardhouse.
