Getting Around IL Mobile App (RFP)

Procure a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software as a service (SaaS) hosted solution to create a user-friendly mobile application that has more capabilities than a mobile-friendly website. IDOT seeks to have a mobile GPS application to provide the motoring public with information regarding traffic conditions, construction, incidents, and improved availability for alternate routes. The contract resulting from this procurement will have an initial term of 10 years.
