Seeks to lease the following space: state: missouri city: kansas city delineated area: north: hwy 71 and hwy 92 to nw state rte 92 to hwy 169 east; east: hwy 169 east to route 152; south: route 152 to hwy 435 east; west: hwy 435 east to hwy 71 to hwy 92 min. SF (ABOA): 20,549 max. SF (ABOA): 21,576 space type: office parking spaces (Total): 30 parking spaces (Secured/Reserved): 30 full term: 15 years firm term: 10 years option term: one, 5-year option additional requirements: in a multi-tenant and multi-story building, an elevator controlled by a card reader system must be provided and controlled access by the government. No CO-location with the following: private firms whose primary clientele are involved in or have ties to criminal elements. Agencies provide probation and/or parole services. Agencies provide drug abuse consolations/rehabilitation programs. Agencies provide social services. Halfway houses., residential units. Drug-free zones; schools and parks cannot be within 1,000' of the location. Offered space must meet government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as "100-year" floodplain).
