Jeffersonville City Housing Authority

Provide legal services in support of our organization. The selected firm will be expected to advise on matters, including contracts, employment law, compliance, governance, litigation, and Landlord and tenant laws. Services required may include, but not be limited to: real property and real estate development; permanent and temporary note financing; federal rental subsidy programs; government entities and regulations; human services/personnel law; construction and contract law.
