General Contractor Services for Senior Center Bathroom Improvements

Work consist of bathroom improvements, comprehensive interior improvements to four (4) existing (two multiple accommodation and two single accommodation) bathrooms, removal and disposal of existing stall partitions and wall fixtures, removal of existing plumbing fixtures and light fixtures, repair and installation of new floor and wall finishes, meeting industry standards for durability and aesthetics, replacement of existing plumbing fixtures with water conserving and ADA- compliant fixtures.
