General Contractor/Construction Manager (GC/CM) Services for Decarbonization Package One. Decarbonization Package One is a bundled project that includes five Seattle Parks and Recreation (SPR) facilities: Jefferson Community Center, Garfield Community Center, Rainier Community Center, Van Asselt Community Center, and Genesee Maintenance Crew Headquarters. Project includes preconstruction services and construction of decarbonizing existing fossil fuel using equipment, improving general energy performance, and electrifying the five SPR facilities, in order to transform the facilities' energy profiles.
