General Contracting Services (RFP)

Provide rehabilitation services for the homes. The project will include yet is not limited to the following: install of new kitchen, bathroom, drywall, painting, trim work, replacement of all windows and doors (interior and exterior), siding, roof/soffits/fascia replacement, install of driveway pad, new wrap-around front to side door porch, foundation issues on the front of home, bilco door removal with opening closed, new basement stairs, yard clean-up to expose the parking pad. Shed to be built that matches house colors. The lead abatement work will need to pass clearances for exterior and interior. See outside link.
