Garden Valley Elementary School UTK Classroom Addition Project

Work includes but is not limited to construction of new utk relocatable classroom with restroom and ramp. Provide fire alarm and signal to new relocatable building and tie into existing campus system. Upgrade path of travel concrete paving to relocatable location. Provide necessary site work related to the scope of work area. Site demolition; miscellaneous rough carpentry; fiberglass reinforced paneling; joint sealants; acoustical ceilings; resilient flooring and base; sheet carpeting; interior painting; common work results for electrical; audio-visual systems; fire protection and alarm; earthwork; trenching and backfilling; asphalt concrete paving; site concrete; chain link fences and gates.
