The contractor shall removal of paint, including material disposal, and cleaning of the main and auxiliary cabs and frame for crane 2. Painting of the main and auxiliary cabs and frame for crane 2. Rehabilitation of the hoist machinery for crane 2 including all of the wire ropes used on the gantry hoist, jib boom hoist, and jib lift hoist, and all associated brake units. Also included is the testing and commissioning of the machinery. Rehabilitation of the electrical equipment for crane 2 including removal and replacement of all of the existing light fixtures and receptacles, removal and replacement of all controls for the gantry crane hoist, travel, and jib crane, removal and replacement of gantry crane and jib crane control enclosure, removal and replacement of the gantry crane power distribution equipment with the exception of the gleeson power cable reels which shall only include replacement of the spring packs in the power reel. Also included is the testing and commissioning of the equipment. Cab modifications for crane 2 including removal and replacement of the existing insulation boards, flooring, and windows and providing an additional new window and unit heater. Removal of abandoned equipment for crane 2 including the abandoned cable reel.
