Project will be bid out in two separate packages. This award is for Package 1 only, which includes: Chillers (equipment only), AHUs and RTU (equipment only), Switchgear (equipment only), and Elevator. Package 2 for the balance of the work will be awarded at a later date.

The Galena Creek Schoolhouse renovation modernizes building systems and finishes while maintaining the schoolhouse's 1940s-era historic character. The work includes full interior rehabilitation, energy-efficient electrical and mechanical upgrades, installation of the new electrical service and meter, ADA compliance improvements, and historically accurate door and finish restoration. The project will transform the building into a functional community event space while preserving its architectural heritage for future generations.
