Fy25 Old Barnstable Fairgrounds Cart Barn Roof

Project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to remove the existing roof material down to the roof deck, repair rotted roof deck, install new asphalt roof system including underlayment, replacement of fascia's and rake boards, flashing, replacement of two doors, replacement of spot trim and cedar shingle siding.
