FRC2453 Power Plant Structural Repairs

Disconnection, cutting, capping, and safe termination of existing utilities located beneath the first-floor concrete slab or passing through it to the basement below. It also involves temporary shoring of the existing perimeter foundation walls to facilitate the complete demolition of the first-floor slab, as shown in the project drawings. Following demolition, a new concrete slab will be installed, and the previously removed building systems will be reconnected or reinstalled to accommodate the new slab with epoxy coating.
