Demo floor to subfloor, walls and ceiling in shower area down to bare studs, remove vanity and toilet. All tiled walls to be removed. 2 piece floor drains to be installed in kind(floor drain and bathtub drain). Ceiling in shower area to be sheetrocked with Durock or equivalent moisture proof sheetrock and painted in flat white. Demo floor to subfloor, walls and ceiling in shower area down to bare studs, remove vanity and toilet. All tiled walls to be removed. Replace shower body using T13420 Delta trim kit with Delta R10000 series valve body according to drawing. Handheld shower head to be replaced in kind. Epoxy floor: a. Redgard waterproofing membrane to be applied on plywood subfloor;b. Sherwin Williams 5115 mortar blend aggregate base, sloped to floor drains; c. Consult HVDDSO project manager before applying epoxy floor covering; d. Sherwin Williams Resuflor Aqua 3460 epoxy flooring to be applied on top of mortar; base and 6 inches above finished floor along base of walls; e. Flakes in epoxy and texured non-stick surface to be used.
