Formalin for Dworshak NFH

A requirement for formalin to treat adult chinook salmon and steelhead trout. To treat adult chinook salmon and steelhead trout to control fungus, to treat salmonid eggs using formalin prophylactically to control fungus during incubation and to treat juvenile fish for parasite infestations as needed.
