Fmcsa ITD Expanded Program Plan & Top-Level Design - (RFP)

Develop an Expanded Innovative Technology Deployment (ITD) Program Plan and Top-Level Design (PP/TLD). The plan will detail the necessary functionality, technology improvements, and expanded capabilities to enhance New Hampshire’s ITD system. The contractor will also provide annual updates for two years after FMCSA approval of the Expanded ITD Plan. See attached file.
