White County Board of Commissioners seeks bids for materials and labor to replace two 10-ton Carrier rooftop A/C units with natural gas furnaces on their office building. The project includes installation, connection to power and gas lines, and testing. Contractors must provide all materials, crane rental, and cleanup. Units should have a 5-year compressor warranty and a 1-year labor and parts warranty.
