Fitness Center Sauna(s) Project FY25 (RFP)

Remove and replace two saunas and all associated equipment and accessories. The contractor shall perform the following tasks as part of this task order: Remove and dispose of all existing wood cladding and wood benches in each sauna. Remove and dispose of stoves and associated electrical gauges, thermometers, etc. in each sauna. Prepare each space for new sauna installation. Install Foil Vapor Barrier, new wood cladding, new wood benches in each sauna location. Install new 14.4kw commercial grade sauna stove w/wall-mounted controller in each Sauna Room. Connect to existing electrical receptacles available. Install thermometer and/or any associated gauges for monitoring humidity and temperature levels. Refurbish existing wood doors at each sauna location.
